ĦĦĦĦCallighaphies and Panting of Bao Guang Monastery In the East Abbot Room,there is a galaxy of calligraph and painting from various dynasties.They are hung onthe wall and a feast for the eyes of visitors.The paintings include Bai Ying Wu by Zhao Ji,the Emperor of Hui-zong in Song Dynasty;Wu Ma Tu by Zhao Meng-fu in Yuan Dynasty;He Hua by Chen Zun in Ming Dynasty;Shan Shui by Wen Zheng-ming;Rui Ying Qi Lin Tu by Chen Yan-bi of Qing Dynasty;Xue Mei by Huang Cai-min;Shan Shui Screen by Feng Yun-zi;Four paintings of the bamboo Stone and Mo Shi by Venerable Zhu Chan.In addition,there are Shui=-Yue-Guan-Yin by Zhang Da-qian and Jun Ma Tu by Xu Bei-hong which are famous in modern China.The calligraphy are so richful that some of them would be handed on from age to age.They included the calligraphies of Po Shan and Dan-tu Wang Wen-zhi of Qing Dynasty.The antithetical couplets by He Shao-ji,Yu Wen-zhao,Empress Ci Xi,Yan Kai,Yu You-ren and central scroll by Zhao Pu-chu are valuable both in art and record.
